When I finished my A-Levels, I went to work in a research laboratory which was very exciting and made me want to pursue a career in science!

I’ve always wanted to know how and why things work and to do something that was useful in some way, and could hopefully help people. I tried lots of other jobs before I worked in a lab, but when I started working in science I realised I could get all of the things I wanted out of my career. Well, except for lots and lots of money!
